Because purpose isn’t lost, it’s rediscovered.

It’s been a minute! My recent struggle to stay focused amidst competing priorities, and the occasional less important distraction, has been real. But life has a way of reminding you that it keeps moving forward, with or without you in tow.

That reminder really hit home, and it came through a mix of life’s unmistakable signals: the loss of a precious friend, another birthday (and once you cross that 40 line, the years really do start to fly), and a few professional adjustments. Each of these moments, in their own way, have a way of nudging you to pause, take stock, and re-evaluate where you’re heading, what you’ve done with your life to date (!), and how you want to show up moving forward.

It made me realize it’s time to refocus on what I see as my true purpose: helping others grow and develop – my family, my friends, colleagues and of course, the incredible community of compliance professionals I have the privilege to be part of.

So I’m back, choosing to invest my energy in what really counts, helping others thrive and grow into their best selves. I’m genuinely excited to revive ComplianceCraft and continue building something for the compliance community. Here’s to showing up with intention, for purpose, and with a full heart!
