Hello, I’m Tosin.
With over two decades in the life sciences industry and more than ten years focused on Compliance and Ethics, I’ve had the opportunity to work across a range of roles and environments, including contributing to and leading compliance programs across Europe.
My career in compliance has not followed a linear path. Like many others, I didn’t set out with a clear plan to enter the field, I often say I “fell into” compliance. What I didn’t anticipate was how much the work would challenge my thinking about organisations, ethics, and careers, or how closely it would align with my interest in people, judgment, and decision‑making. Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to learn from thoughtful mentors and peers who’ve shaped how I approach both the work itself and the profession more broadly.
ComplianceCraft is a personal space where I share general reflections on compliance, ethics, and careers, shaped by professional experience and ongoing learning. The content here is intentionally principles‑based and high‑level. It does not reference any specific organisation, role, or confidential matter, nor is it intended to provide legal advice or commentary on particular situations.
Across the site, my aim is to support aspiring and early‑career compliance professionals by sharing perspective, experience, and questions worth sitting with, rather than answers to follow.
I’m excited!

I’ve connected my love for compliance, writing and sharing and am curating a list of some of the most helpful resources I’ve come across recently. Granted several are my own work (!), but the list also includes some really valuable tips and tricks from the greatest minds in compliance! And its growing! Enjoy! And let me know what you think!
