Hello, I’m Tosin.

With over 20 years in the life sciences industry and 12 years dedicated to Compliance and Ethics, I’ve had the privilege of leading and shaping compliance programs initially across the UK and Ireland, and now throughout Europe. Today, I lead a team of Compliance Professionals driving compliance initiatives for the European division of an international MedTech company.

My career in corporate compliance has taken many twists and turns, offering me opportunities to learn and grow far beyond what I ever imagined when I ‘accidentally’ fell into this field more than 10 years ago. Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to have many great mentors and coaches who’ve shaped my journey. As a natural nurturer, my passion for helping others extends well beyond my family, friends, and colleagues, here at ComplianceCraft, I’m excited to share that spirit with a broader community!

I’ll use this space to share my experiences, along with the latest tips, valuable resources, and insightful reads from my colleagues, mentors, and professional friends. My goal is to inspire aspiring and new compliance professionals to not only oversee effective compliance programs but also build successful, fulfilling careers.
